(a) Return of incorrect product
If the product delivered to you is incorrect (ie it is not the product of your order) you can return it back to us, within ten (10) days from the date of receipt.
The return of products is done after telephone communication with the respective department on the phone + 2310 587806 (9 am-2pm Monday to Saturday).
(b) Right of withdrawal
According to the law on consumer protection (Law 2251/1994) you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. Return of product is accepted only if the product is in its original condition. In any case, the return costs are borne by the customer.
To return a product, it is necessary to follow the procedure described above in paragraph (a).
In any case, we recommend that you return the product with a registered parcel with a declared value of the actual value of the product, so as to avoid the risk of theft, damage or loss of your parcel.
(c) Return of defective product
In cases of defective products and if the period of 14 days has not elapsed, they are returned with the procedure described in paragraph (a).
(d) Order cancellation.
If you want to cancel an order, contact us (within two hours) from the moment of order by sending us an email at email@example.com. After the cancellation of your order you will receive a relevant email confirming its cancellation.
In case of return of a product, you will be refunded within 14 days from the receipt of the product by our company, if the product is unused and is accompanied by the receipt of retail sale.
